VOCOMP-25 was used because of its high light reflectance on the floor, and because of its low VOC content.


Project: Nestle Factory Location: Shoham Industrial Zone, Airport City, Israel Consultant: Monofloor Salesperson: Mark Vogel Project Size: 390,000 sq. ft. Product: LIQUI-HARD® Concrete Densifier and Chemical Hardener. LIQUI-HARD contains a low VOC content and is water-based. The product is part of the GREEN LINE and is GreenSpec listed.

Ray High School Science and Tech Lab Location: Corpus Christi, Texas Salesman: David Loveless, dloveless@wrmeadows.com Contractor: Sechrist Hall Products: AIR-SHIELD LM Size / Application: Approx. 48,000 sq. ft. AIR-SHIELD LM is a single-component, liquid-applied, water-based, polymer-modified air/vapor and liquid moisture barrier. The product’s VOC content is zero and is part of the GREEN LINE.
